Part 4 Product Delivery and Inspection

  1. Delivery Scope and Timeliness:

  1. Return Without Reason: We accept returns without reason within 30 days of receipt (excluding custom-made Buddha statues, personalized engraved products, and used/damaged products), subject to the following conditions:
  • The product is unopened, unused, and the packaging and accessories (such as certificates, dust bags) are intact.
  • Round-trip shipping fees shall be borne by you. If the product is damaged due to improper packaging during return, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or require you to bear repair costs.
